After undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation, completed in 2019, this specialty event space and waterfront dining precinct celebrates location, destination and prestigious Australian heritage.
Large events can occupy a section or take the entire space for cocktail or seated events ranging from 100 – 5,000 guests. Business events take advantage of the private dining rooms for conferencing, product launches, or CEO or VIP lunches and dinners accommodating 30 – 120+ guests. Transport options include traditional modes of coach, train, car, or seamless charter boat transfers delivering guests directly to our doorstep.
