Professor Russell Boyce
Chair for Intelligent Space Systems; Director, UNSW Canberra Space
Professor Russell Boyce has built and led teams pursuing game-changing technologies across a three-decade career, firstly in hypersonics and scramjets, and now in the development of artificial-intelligence-enabled space systems. Russell played a significant role in the establishment of the Australian Space Agency and is Australia’s only living Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
Russell is also a graduate of INSEAD’s flagship Advanced Management Program and of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is passionate about the art of strategic yet personal leadership in an increasingly complex world.

Dr Scott Sleap
Project Leader STEM Industry School Partnerships Program, NSW Department of Education
Dr Sleap is currently on a number of industry working groups including in areas including; Space, Advanced Manufacturing and in Cyber Security, where he is also an Ambassador for the NSW Cyber Security Innovation Node. Employed by the NSW Department of Education as the leader of the STEM Industry School Partnerships (SISP) program Dr Sleap has built a reputation as being a leading expert in school – industry partnerships and workforce development. In 2019 the STEMship program for which he led was identified as the world’s best-practice by the OECD.

Ingrid Marsh
Director Industry Development, Jobs, Investment and Tourism, NSW Treasury
Ingrid Marsh is an economic development professional with over 15 years’ experience working within state and federal government. Here experience spans industry development, innovation programs and international trade and investment, with a focus in the China and South-East Asian region. Ingrid is currently the Director of Industry Development in NSW Treasury, where she leads the NSW Government’s efforts to improve industry capability and competitiveness of priority sectors within advanced manufacturing. Her team supports the growth and innovation in NSW's priority sectors including space, medtech and food and beverage manufacturing.

Rod Drury
Vice President International, Lockheed Martin Space
Rod Drury is a space and aerospace specialist, currently responsible for delivering sustainable growth for Lockheed Martin Space across all markets outside of the United States of America. Before joining Lockheed Martin in 2013, Rod established several businesses delivering solutions across a range of market sectors including aerospace and spent 11 years with the Boeing Corporation in Australia. Rod also served in the Royal Australian Air Force for 20 years.
Rod is currently Chair of the Australian Space Industry Leader’s Forum that advises the Australian Space Agency.
