MORNING
Learn some new skills in a cookery class at Sydney Seafood School, located in the Sydney Fish Market.

AFTERNOON

Climb the Harbour Bridge instead – learn about its history and construction, take some unforgettable photos and, after your climb, check out the nearby historic arcades and designer shops.

Evening
Head to Sydney Showground - the award winning multi-purpose venue for a spectacular Gala dinner right at the heart of Sydney Olympic Park. As Sydney’s largest banquet venue with capacity up to 11,000 and award winning catering that utilises the finest Australian ingredients, Sydney Showground offers large groups the ideal Gala Dinner option.

DAY 3: An escape from the city
Morning and afternoon
Spend the day exploring Regional New South Wales, home to some of Australia’s favourite attractions and activities. Choose between the Blue Mountains (for natural wonders), the Hunter Valley (for wining and dining), Port Stephens (a tropical paradise), Wollongong (for a spectacular coastal drive), or Jervis Bay (home to some of the clearest waters and whitest sands in the world). If you're looking to explore colonial Australia, call in at Gledswood Homestead – a unique, historic property in the Macarthur region built by convicts in the early 1800s. For selected VIPs, helicopter or seaplane transfers can be organised.

Evening
Indulge on your last night in a wonderful dinner at Nick’s Seafood Restaurant, located in Darling Harbour.

DAY 4: A final farewell
If you have time, squeeze in some shopping and pick up some memorable Australian souvenirs. Enjoy the final moments of your ultimate Sydney adventure before heading back to the airport feeling rewarded, motivated and inspired.
